Digital Sales Enablement Specialist

As a Digital Sales Enablement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption and optimization of digital tools within our sales organization. You will work closely with our commercial and technical teams to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement solutions, and provide training and support to ensure the effective use of these tools.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop Digital Enablement Plan: Create and maintain a comprehensive digital enablement plan for the EMEA region. Collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for the plan. Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of the digital enablement initiatives.
  • Manage and Improve Tools, Processes, and Practices: Identify opportunities to enhance existing sales processes and tools. Research and implement new technologies that can improve sales efficiency and effectiveness. Provide ongoing training and support to ensure users are proficient in utilizing the available tools.
  • Drive Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Leverage insights from data analysis to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless and integrated approach to sales enablement.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales enablement or a related field within the EMEA region.
  • Strong understanding of digital sales tools and technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
