Saul & Partners Executive Search is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the affiliate channel team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key strategic clients to ensure a best-in-market level of service
  • Develop and implement strategies for key accounts to drive business growth
  • Maintain daily contact with Account Directors to offer direction, strategic insight, and regular feedback
  • Coordinate and deliver on project-based activity, such as publisher recruitment
  • Ensure consistent monitoring and internal reporting across accounts
  • Work closely with the COO and VP Sales to guide Account Directors in delivering, implementing, and analyzing client development
Requirements
  • Competent in all aspects of affiliate and performance marketing
  • Experience of Key Account Management in the Retail or Fashion sector
  • In-depth knowledge of tracking, reporting, and technical awareness
  • Experience in coordinating team projects
  • Strong and confident communicator with clear thought process and negotiating skills
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large affiliate programs
  • Ability to digest detailed information and pass on relevant points to other team members
  • Astute commercial focus on all clients under the employee's remit, managing expectations where required
