About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team at Karen Millen. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving the performance of our affiliate marketing channel across the UK, IE, US, and AUS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our affiliate program, including campaign execution, placement reviews, and performance analysis.
  • Provide regular reporting to internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and areas for improvement.
  • Pitch new opportunities to internal stakeholders to drive incremental performance for new, existing, and lapsed customers.
  • Work closely with the trade team to plan and manage affiliate promotions, strategizing offers based on business and profit performance.
  • Test and trial new tactics, reviewing new affiliates and technologies to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with new and existing partners, working with procurement and the wider group as needed.
  • Develop and implement a mid-to-long-term strategic roadmap for affiliate and partnership marketing, aligned with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure accuracy of commission claims through monthly validations.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in a similar role for a fashion/apparel retailer or commercial business, covering a broad range of experience (content, loyalty, influencers, cashback, CLO, and coupons).
  • An understanding of how to measure the incremental impact of affiliate marketing activity.
  • Experience of US affiliate management would be advantageous.
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills, with a focus on accuracy and delivering strong results.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative flair and confidence, with a positive attitude.
  • A keen eye for opportunity, with a natural commercial curiosity.
