Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our high-performing Acquisition team. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for the ownership and management of our affiliate program, driving new customer acquisition through a variety of performance marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the affiliate channel strategy to maximize performance
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the affiliate program, including affiliate onboarding and relationship development
  • Work closely with affiliates to update offers, messaging, and creative content
  • Optimize the current portfolio of affiliates and affiliate mix to drive revenue growth
  • Negotiate and book advertising and commissions with affiliates
  • Monitor and evaluate affiliate and partner activity, reporting on performance metrics
  • Ensure integration and consistency with the rest of the marketing team

Requirements

  • Experience in performance marketing and affiliate marketing
  • Understanding of affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and analytics tools
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills with an understanding of financials
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects
  • Great presentation, reporting, and interpersonal skills
