Regional Sales Executive - Remote / Field Sales

  • Drive customer growth and retention, achieving profitable volume increases against set targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with customers to comprehend their growth strategies, providing valuable insights and a diverse array of practical solutions and products.
  • Stay informed about competitor activities and proposals, ensuring that you consistently deliver optimal local solutions to your customers.
  • Work proactively with the Business Development Manager to identify new customer needs and facilitate a seamless transition.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Brakes within your local market.

You should be resilient, self-motivated, and possess a strong drive to succeed, with a proven track record of meeting targets. Familiarity with our modernization initiatives and the new technologies we are implementing to enhance customer experience and optimize performance is essential (experience with salesforce is a plus but not mandatory).
