Role Overview:
- This is a field-based account management position.
- As a Regional Sales Executive, you will focus on nurturing relationships with current clients in the Builders Merchants and Wholesaler sector.
- Your interactions will primarily be with Branch Managers from major retailers, where you will conduct regular account assessments and work to enhance revenue and strengthen regional partnerships.
- Collaboration with Key Account Managers will be essential to ensure the delivery of top-tier service to your clients.
- You will also provide support to Branch personnel, educating them on the unique features of your product offerings.

The incoming Regional Sales Executive will receive industry-leading training to facilitate their professional development within the organization.
Candidate Profile:
- We seek a driven individual with experience in the construction sector, preferably someone who has sold to builders merchants or a seasoned Branch Manager interested in transitioning to a field sales role.
Compensation Package:
- Salary up to £40,000
- 20% On-Target Earnings (OTE)
