Business Development Manager for DACH Region

David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and drive business growth in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and executing sales targets and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth and development with products and services in the DACH region
  • Develop and execute strategies to identify and capture new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Execute sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field (B2B) with SaaS applications in the DACH region
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis
  • Experience with Moodle and Totara will be considered an advantage
  • Bachelors degree in business or related field
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Strong understanding of industry and market trends
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Skilled in managing multiple deals independently with strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing sales strategies and plans
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to Belfast Hub
