Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for new and used vehicles, finance, insurance, and accessories.
- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Follow up with potential customers on inquiries and marketing activities to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Coordinate the order and delivery of vehicles in a timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to sales procedures, including accurate and timely recording of customer details and updating our customer base.
- Appraise part exchanges in accordance with group standards.
- Previous experience in car sales or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of constructing and concluding sales transactions, including objection handling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to deliver target objectives.
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide product information.
