Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Services Manager to join our team at First Military Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our contractors and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Ambassador: Act as a regional ambassador for our business, supporting field-based projects and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth.
  • Site Surveys and Condition Reporting: Conduct site surveys, gutter lining design, and condition reporting to assist the sales team in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Contractor Management: Manage and develop contractor relationships, providing technical support and guidance to ensure high-quality installations.
  • Business Development: Work closely with the Business Development Manager to maximize opportunities in the Southern region and drive business growth.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure installations meet guidelines and standards, promoting best practices within the contractor network.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure health and safety standards are met on-site, providing support to the management team to meet business targets.
  • Customer Support: Provide support to customer service and product development, ensuring seamless communication with clients and contractors.
  • Project Inspection: Inspect and approve projects in line with guarantees, handling customer complaints and site inspections.
  • Schedule Management: Manage your schedule and attend site meetings, representing the company at various events.
  • Training and Development: Attend training sessions as needed, staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
  • Operational Support: Offer cover for holidays and sickness, providing operational support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in the industry, product knowledge, IT literacy, and excellent communication skills.
