Job Title: Technical Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Swindale Parks Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our client, a leading manufacturer and supplier of products for the Food Manufacturing sector. As part of their ongoing expansion, they require a sales professional with a strong track record in selling capital and/or consumable items into the Food Manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Commercial responsibility for a customer base consisting of new and established customers, ensuring that margin and annual sales targets are achieved.
  • Visiting customer sites to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable sales track record selling capital and/or consumable items into the Food Manufacturing sector.
  • High levels of self-motivation, a positive attitude, and personal hunger and desire.
  • Flexibility to meet business travel needs throughout the South of the UK.

What We Offer:

A very competitive package including a basic salary of £45,000 plus an attractive commission structure giving an OTE of £90,000, company car, pension scheme, and private medical.
