Overview:
A prominent Building Services Consultancy is seeking an Office Administrator to support engineers and contract managers in fostering essential client relationships. This role is crucial in ensuring that service level agreements (SLAs) are upheld and that all relevant data is accurately entered into the internal CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the processing of new quotes and log all tasks within the internal CRM software.
- Assist in scheduling engineers as necessary.
- Engage with clients to address issues professionally while adhering to site deadlines.
- Participate in internal training sessions aimed at continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in an administrative role within a business-to-business context.
- Familiarity with the services market is advantageous (comprehensive training will be provided).
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid driving license is preferred for commuting to the office.
