Administrative Coordinator for Referral Management

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Referral Coordinator for our ADHD service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing referrals, arranging appointments, and providing administrative support to our clinical staff.
Main Responsibilities
- Process new referrals to the service, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks
- Arrange appointments for clinical staff, utilizing our clinical system (RiO) to record accurate clinical notes
- Provide administrative support to the team, including taking meeting minutes and managing internal/external mail
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with service users, professionals, and internal stakeholders
