Administrative Coordinator

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the admin team in the Bristol ADHD service, a specialized service providing diagnostic and treatment for adults with suspected ADHD.
Main Responsibilities- Arrange appointments for clinical staff
- Provide guidance and support to service users and professionals via phone calls
- Utilize RiO as the primary clinical system, recording accurate clinical notes
- Process service referrals and discharge as required
- Take team meeting minutes on a rotational basis
- Manage internal and external mail
This referral coordinator position has been commissioned to effectively manage over 300 referrals received by the service every month.
Person SpecificationEssential Requirements
- Experience working in an admin role
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage own workload
- Experience taking minutes
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft packages
- Demonstrates good understanding of confidentiality
