At Options Resourcing, we are seeking a dedicated and organized Site Administrative Coordinator to join our client's team in central Bristol. This role offers a unique opportunity to excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing administrative support to the site team.
Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to assist with various administrative tasks, including answering calls, directing emails, and maintaining site documentation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the site's administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service and responding to queries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Managing site documentation and maintaining accurate records
- Ordering office supplies and materials as required
- Assisting with the organization and maintenance of site files and databases
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience
