Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the admin team in the Bristol ADHD service, a specialized service providing diagnostic and treatment for adults with suspected ADHD.

Main Responsibilities
  • Arrange appointments for clinical staff
  • Provide guidance and support to service users and professionals via phone calls
  • Utilize RiO as the primary clinical system, recording accurate clinical notes
  • Process service referrals and discharge as required
  • Take team meeting minutes on a rotational basis
  • Manage internal and external mail
About the Role

This referral coordinator position has been commissioned to effectively manage over 300 referrals received by the service every month. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the lead administrator, joining a small and friendly team based in Hengrove, Bristol.
