About the Role

Working within our dedicated Careline team, you will be responsible for managing referrals, providing administration support, and investigating queries. You will also be required to chase clinical information in a timely manner and demonstrate a professional and respectful approach during all interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage referrals to the network
• Provide relevant administration to support case administration
• Investigate any invoice or network queries
• Manage reimbursements in accordance with relevant scheme rules and benefits
• Chase clinical information in a timely manner
