- Manage office supplies, equipment.
- Ensure office security and coordinate access for employees and visitors.
- Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference calls.

- Proven experience in an administrative role or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
