Position Overview:

As an Area Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving key performance indicators related to both colleague and customer service metrics. Your role will involve consistently executing priorities that enhance customer experience.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Proven ability to meet customer metrics through on-the-spot coaching and training, ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams to achieve outstanding results and supporting the strategic plan.
  • Track record of meeting sales targets and managing team performance effectively.
  • Commercial acumen and the ability to meet compliance standards in health and safety.
  • Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn internal systems.
  • Experience in labor force scheduling and field operations.

Additional Requirements:

A full valid driving license is mandatory.
