Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Direct and supervise all warehouse activities in your designated area, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Operational Management: Manage and coordinate operational activities, including the supervision of staff and the maintenance of a safe and healthy working environment.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers to ensure that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, minimizing disruption to production and service.
- Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse operation is desirable.
- Knowledge: Experience and knowledge of warehouse operations, including the ability to manage designated areas to provide an excellent level of customer service.
- Skills: Ability to support the Warehouse Manager in the performance management, development, mentoring, and coaching of members of the designated team.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems and MS Office packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
