Warehouse Team Leader

At International Logistics Group, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing and supervising all warehouse activities in your designated area, ensuring seamless execution of our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise warehouse activities, ensuring efficient and effective operations
  • Support operational change management, minimizing disruption to production and service
  • Manage and coordinate operational activities, including team briefings and communication with line managers
  • Conduct regular team briefings and provide coaching and mentoring to team members

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse operation (desirable)

  • Ability to support the Warehouse Manager in performance management, development, and coaching of team members
  • Ability to coordinate and delegate within a team
  • Methodical approach and ability to prioritize workload and tasks
