We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Property Management Area Director to lead our property management service across a region, overseeing multiple managerial teams and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the business is risk-averse and adheres to the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
- Lead a team of Property Management Managers and drive their performance, personal development, and day-to-day management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Area Director(s) and Property Management Director to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and community groups.
- Ensure effective communication and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
- Significant experience in property management, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Full UK driving license and legal entitlement to live and work in the UK.
