Overview

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that tenants are satisfied with their living conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Booking and conducting property inspections to ensure that properties are in good condition
  • Negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals to ensure that tenants remain satisfied with their living conditions
  • Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
  • Processing deposit returns and resolving rental arrears
  • Ensuring that properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Managing complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
  • Previous experience in a Property Manager role or customer-facing and/or administrative roles
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Good telephone manner and IT skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

  • Basic salary range of £20,000 to £27,500 per year, dependent on experience
  • Up to £5,400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary)
  • A further £2,725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary)
  • Minimum on-target earnings of £28,125+ per year
  • Company Car
  • Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays, with a day in lieu in exchange)
