Oxford Courts

Working Hours:
37 hours per week

Contract Duration:
26 weeks ongoing

Compensation:
£18 - £20.07 (Dependent on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:


As a Community Rehabilitation Officer, you will be responsible for managing a diverse range of offender management tasks for individuals assessed as low to medium risk. You will also provide support to the Probation Officer in cases involving higher risk offenders.

Your duties will include:

  • Utilizing computer systems to create, update, and maintain accurate records and documentation within specified timelines.
  • Facilitating effective referrals to various services and collaborating with offender management personnel, intervention teams, service providers, and external organizations to monitor progress and evaluate associated risks.
  • Conducting visits to prisons, homes, or alternative locations as necessary, adhering to established service protocols and policies.

It is essential to align your work with the objectives and values of the National Probation Service (NPS) and the National Offender Management Service (NOMS).
