Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at BMS Performance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing key relationships within both clinical and commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with surgeons, theatre managers, and nurses to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow our business across South West and South East England.
- Manage and implement large value contracts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with our product development team to ensure our products meet the needs of our customers.

Requirements
- Either surgical or medical sales experience or a clinical theatre professional looking for a new challenge within sales.
- Candidates with a B2B sales background wanting to break into medical sales will also be considered.
The Package
We offer a competitive salary of £40-45,000, plus a 25% OTE, a fully expensed company car, and a range of benefits including healthcare, pension, and 25 days holiday + stats.
