The Lignum Group is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join their team. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue across the Southern Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to increase sales performance and drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent sales growth and revenue targets are met.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- Proven track record of sales success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the construction industry.
