Regional Sales Manager

At Marshalls, we're seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with customers across your region.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in external sales, with experience in specification or technical sales being a bonus. You'll need to be a commercial thinker with a flair for sales, able to achieve targets through planning, analysis, and strategic implementation. Excellent interpersonal skills, organisational skills, and the ability to support, influence, and enthuse are also essential.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll have autonomy to grow your business and career, working from your home office. You'll be responsible for promoting early pre-tender engagement, preparing and presenting project-related value propositions and solutions, and attending regular meetings across your region. You'll also need to prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts to support planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and develop strong relationships with customers across your region
  • Promote early pre-tender engagement and prepare and present project-related value propositions and solutions
  • Attend regular meetings across your region and prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasts to support planning
  • Develop and implement specific business plans to achieve regional sales targets
