Regional Sales Director - Windows & Doors

Job Title: Regional Sales Director - Windows & Doors

Industry Sector: Fenestration, Windows & Doors, Building Products, Construction Sales

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selling a manufactured range of PVC-u & aluminium windows & doors to the trade via installers, builders, contractors, distributors, merchants, showrooms, housing associations.
  • Generating circa £1.2m in annual sales.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Working closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Providing market insights and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Construction sales experience with a focus on the fenestration, windows & doors sector.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the building products industry and market trends.
