Job Title: Regional Delivery Director

At Sirva Bgrs Llc, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Delivery Director to oversee the effective delivery of Direct Delivery local country solutions within the European region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for local service delivery aligned with Direct Delivery business unit goals.
  • Establish targets, metrics, and monitor operational data and KPIs to measure country and regional progress and team performance.
  • Analyze regional market trends, customer feedback, and performance metrics to make data-driven recommendations to improve customer/client experience and to expand product lines and grow Sirva's Direct Delivery services in new markets within Europe.
  • Ensure Direct Delivery product lines are delivered in a manner compliant with regulatory requirements as applicable and with industry standards.
  • Build, mature, and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal, and external partners to understand how to incorporate their needs and expectations into the delivery and development of Direct Delivery product lines.
  • Support the design and implementation of digital systems and processes.
  • Partner with other Sirva teams such as Sales, Account Management, Strategic Services, and Marketing to pursue DD opportunities and capture new business as well as build DD's reputation and presence in the regional market.
  • Manage team resources including budget allocation, staffing levels per country, and multiple country resource sharing. Foster positive work environments across regional offices that promote a sense of regional unity, high employee engagement, morale, and retention of key talent.

  • Proven experience in a similar role or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements.
