Digital Delivery Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Delivery Director to join our team at Oak Furnitureland. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering our digital portfolio of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of digital initiatives.
  2. Manage delivery timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  3. Develop and implement new ways of working in a digital delivery environment.
  4. Establish strong partnerships with suppliers to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
  5. Work with QA and Development teams to ensure the quality and integrity of digital releases.
  6. Manage the digital delivery budget in collaboration with the IT Leadership team and finance.
Requirements:
  1. Retail/Digital background is essential for understanding our existing and future digital portfolio.
  2. Knowledge of Delivery Management principles, methods, techniques, and tools is required.
  3. Business Proposals experience is necessary for preparing and presenting business cases.
  4. Change Management knowledge is required for managing change into business operations.
  5. Demonstrable hands-on experience in defining and implementing new ways of working in a digital delivery environment is essential.
  6. Experience of working in a multi-supplier environment is required.
