Telfer Partners is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Lead to drive growth and lead complex sales initiatives across multiple territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate strategic sales plans aligned with overall business objectives, collaborating with International Sales Management Team, Customer Support, and Editorial teams.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
  • Create and implement effective sales strategies, adjusting plans as needed to respond to market changes.
  • Manage opportunities, forecast sales, and ensure timely reporting of sales activities using the CRM.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in a senior sales role working with international markets.
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership potential and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Up to 40% international travel is required. The role offers a salary of £45k + £20k OTE bonus + benefits.
