Job Title: Sales Director - Private Networks & Housebuilders

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our team in developing new business relationships with private networks and housebuilders in the South region. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in new business development, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of the construction sales industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading a team of sales professionals to develop new business relationships with private networks and housebuilders
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Managing existing relationships with 2-10 private networks and housebuilder accounts
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities


Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven track record in new business development and sales growth
  • Experience in selling to private networks and housebuilders
  • Strong understanding of the construction sales industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Benefits:
  • Competitive salary ranging from £50,000 - £70,000 + £10,000 bonus per annum
  • Company car or allowance (£500 p/m)
