Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious sales targets and exceed client expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales efforts and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Director or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and market analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
