We are seeking a highly ambitious and results-driven Regional Sales Director to join our team at Marley, a leading manufacturer of pitched roof systems. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue across the UK.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with specifiers, contractors, and other key stakeholders in the construction industry.
  • Promote our innovative products and solutions, highlighting their benefits and value to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and develop tailored sales plans.
  • Manage and analyse sales data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Your Background:

  • A proven track record in external sales, preferably in the construction or building materials sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Experience with specification or technical sales is highly desirable.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or engineering.
