- Mainly interacting with clients in the packaging, manufacturing, and parcel distribution sectors.
- Achieving 70% of sales from new business and 30% from account management.
- Identifying industry trends, maintaining high-level connections, and creating structured territory plans.
Key requirements for success include:
- Knowledge of the packaging industry.
- A results-driven sales professional with over 10 years of experience.
- Field-based B2B sales experience, excellent presentation skills, and strategic planning expertise.
- Sound financial acumen and exceptional customer relationship building skills.
This role comes with a competitive salary package, including an estimated £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as benefits such as:
- A 15% KPI performance bonus scheme.
- £8,000 car allowance or company vehicle + fuel card.
