Position: Senior Customer Care Executive

  • Explore forbearance and payment arrangement alternatives for clients encountering financial challenges
  • Administer fees, rentals, and end-of-lease charges
  • Partner with external organizations for debt recovery efforts
  • Extend support to at-risk customers
  • Address customer grievances and ensure overall satisfaction
  • Work collaboratively with teams to identify clients requiring assistance
