About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain PMO Lead to join our team at RSC. As a key member of our Supply Chain Centre of Excellence, you will play a critical role in driving strategic programs and projects across the PAN Europe region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Supply Chain portfolio of projects, including SIA, Value Creation, Systems Transformation, Data Automation, and Reporting projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the Regional and BU teams to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project management processes and tools, ensuring governance adherence.
  • Facilitate project planning, scope definition, task prioritization, deadline setting, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain project documentation, including scope, budget, resources, and justification.
  • Control project finances, ensuring budget adherence, risk quantification, and financial reporting.
  • Improve project processes, developing new processes and refining existing ones.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including change management and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements
  • Strong degree qualification.
  • 3+ years' experience in FMCG or QSR Industry.
  • Proven experience in leading projects and delivering results.
  • Senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to bring people together and foster a one-team mentality.
  • Proven analytical skills, methodical approach to problem-solving, and result-driven.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
