We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to manage and maintain our enterprise Windows networks. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for the configuration, operation, and management of client infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain enterprise Windows networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  2. Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians, helping them develop their skills and knowledge.
  3. Respond to customer issues and resolve tickets in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Collaborate with other System Administrators and Engineers to lead projects and drive business outcomes.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest IT technologies and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our IT services.

Requirements:

  1. Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
  2. 5+ years of experience maintaining a Windows environment, with a proven track record of success.
  3. Able to provide clients with complete IT solutions, identifying business problems that can be solved with technology and proposing effective solutions.
  4. Mastery of major IT technologies, with a strong understanding of Windows systems and infrastructure.
