We are seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to manage and maintain our enterprise Windows networks. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for the configuration, operation, and management of client infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Windows networks, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to lower-level technicians, helping them to build their knowledge and experience.
  • Respond to customer issues and resolve tier 2 tickets and escalations in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain open communication with assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the success of our IT team.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
  • 3-5 years of experience maintaining a Windows environment, with a working knowledge of all major IT technologies.
  • Able to install most networking and server hardware without assistance, with a strong understanding of IT infrastructure.
