Essential Experience:
Candidates must possess a background in Electrical Wholesale or Merchant Sales. Applications lacking this experience will not be considered.

Our client is a prominent Electrical Wholesaler, recognized as one of the largest in the UK, actively seeking Sales Account Managers nationwide.

Role Overview:
As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Expanding and enhancing sales within the designated geographical area.
- Continuously identifying and nurturing both new and existing business accounts.
- Cultivating robust customer relationships to maximize account potential.
- Demonstrating resilience in the face of rejection, whether through phone interactions or in-person meetings.
- Collaborating with a cohesive team to uphold high standards of business excellence.

Key Skills Required:
- Proficiency in cold calling and a strong willingness to engage potential clients.
- Ability to approach companies directly, with a keen eye for identifying suitable targets.
- Confidence in demonstrating product samples face-to-face to prospective clients.
- Capacity to build and maintain professional relationships effectively.
- Strong organizational skills to independently plan and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional appearance that reflects the company’s image.
- Valid UK driving license.

Desirable Attributes:
- Punctuality, reliability, and effective time management skills.
- Career-oriented, diligent, and ambitious mindset.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Positive, driven attitude with excellent listening abilities.
- Experience in the wholesale sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
