Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Administrator to join our team at People 4 Property. As an Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our estate agency sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing and dealing with calls and enquiries, producing property sales documents, agreements and correspondence, and uploading property details to portals and managing the company's website.
  • Diary and Inbox Management: Manage and maintain the sales team's diaries and inboxes, ensuring that all tasks and deadlines are met.
  • Liaison with Clients: Liaise with clients, solicitors, and surveyors to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on the progress of sales.
  • Training and Compliance: Undertake training in anti-money laundering (AML) and ensure that the business is compliant with property legislation.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Skills: Excellent administrative skills and precise attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Great communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer Service Skills: Good customer service skills and the desire to adhere to the highest industry standards providing an outstanding service.
  • IT Skills: Good IT skills with experience of Microsoft office packages.
  • Location: Must be able to live within easy commute of Cobham.
