About the Role

This part-time HR Administrator role offers a unique opportunity to support the HR Director and HR Operations Manager in providing general HR administration support to UK managers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support to HR Director: Provide day-to-day diary management, raise purchase orders, organize event setup, and book meeting rooms.
  • HR Operations Support: Assist with ad-hoc preparation for presentations and reporting, filing, archiving, and ensuring all training for the HR team is up to date.
  • HR Administration: Prepare letters and employment paperwork, work with the HR compliance lead to ensure all is up to date, and support the Reward Analyst with employee benefits.
  • Induction and Projects: Assist in the induction of new staff and support the HR team with projects.
Requirements
  • Office-based administrative experience, ideally with some previous HR administrative experience.
  • Educated to A level or equivalent.
  • Team player with excellent customer service skills and a helpful approach.
  • Numerate with good attention to detail and excellent administration skills.
  • Able to prioritize competing and varied demands.
  • Pro-active approach with a flexible nature and co-operative and willing attitude.
  • Computer literate with the ability to use MAC/Windows packages, i.e., Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work autonomously when required but also collaboratively across the HR Team.
