Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at ACS International School. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR Director and HR Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR Director, including diary management, purchase orders, and event setup.
- Assist with ad-hoc preparation for presentations and reporting, filing, and archiving.
- Support the HR Operations Manager with HR administration tasks, including preparing letters and employment paperwork.
- Work with the HR Compliance Lead to ensure all HR processes are up-to-date.
- Assist the Reward Analyst with employee benefits and support the induction of new staff.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.
Requirements:
- Office-based administrative experience, preferably in an HR role.
- Excellent customer service skills and a helpful approach.
- Numerate with good attention to detail and excellent administration skills.
- Able to prioritize competing demands and work autonomously when required.
- Computer literate with the ability to use MAC/Windows packages, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
