We are a well-established financial advisory firm, JML (Financial) Associates Ltd, providing expert financial advice and personalized service to our clients. We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to support our financial adviser in a Part-Time Financial Services Coordinator role.
This role involves providing administrative support to our financial adviser, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the office. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the financial adviser with administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate client records and databases
- General office administration duties
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in financial services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comprehensive training provided for candidates without specific industry knowledge
