Job Title: HR Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Workingmums. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our HR Director and HR Operations Manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Director, including diary management, raising purchase orders, and organizing events.
  • Assist with ad-hoc preparation for presentations and reporting, filing, archiving, and ensuring all training for the HR team is up to date.
  • Support the HR Operations Manager with general HR administration tasks, including preparing letters and employment paperwork, and working with the HR Compliance Lead to ensure all HR processes are up to date.
  • Assist the Reward Analyst with employee benefits and support the induction of new staff.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:

  • Office-based administrative experience, preferably in an HR environment.
  • Educated to A-level or equivalent.
  • Numerate with good attention to detail and excellent administration skills.
  • Pro-active approach with a flexible nature and co-operative and willing attitude.
  • Computer literate with the ability to use MAC/Windows packages, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work autonomously when required but also collaboratively across the HR Team.
