Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to calls and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Prepare and produce property sales documents, agreements, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
  • Upload property details to online portals and manage our company website to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Manage diaries and inboxes to ensure efficient communication and organization.
  • Liaise with clients to provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Communicate with property professionals such as surveyors and solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Complete training in anti-money laundering (AML) and ensure compliance with property legislation to maintain the highest industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Good customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages with experience in using them to manage administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work within a team environment and contribute to the success of the company.
  • Property administration experience in sales, lettings, or property management is an advantage but not essential.
