We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at People 4 Property. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, solicitors, and surveyors, responding to calls and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Manage and deal with sales administration tasks, including producing property sales documents, agreements, and correspondence.
- Portal Management: Upload property details to portals and manage the company's website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Diary and Inbox Management: Manage the office diary and inbox, prioritizing tasks and responding to emails and messages in a timely manner.
- Liaison: Liaise with clients, surveyors, and solicitors to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Training and Compliance: Undertake training in anti-money laundering (AML) and ensure the business is compliant with property legislation.
Requirements:
- Administrative Skills: Excellent administrative skills, with precise attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Communication Skills: Great communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Customer Service Skills: Good customer service skills, with a focus on providing an outstanding service to clients.
- IT Skills: Good IT skills, with experience of Microsoft office packages.
- Location: Must be able to live within easy commute of Cobham.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: £35,000 per annum.
- Flexible Working Arrangements: Option to work a 9-day fortnight, with a 3-day weekend every other week.
- Full Training: Full property administration training will be provided as required.
