Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead

Budget Energy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team in Derry. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service agents and ensuring that they deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service agents to ensure they meet and exceed customer service targets.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service agents.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience working in a regulated industry.
