Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at CV-Library. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing core HR support to our employees and management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR Hub enquiries from employees and management, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintain database integrity on our HR system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management, including responding to queries and directing to advisors or officers as needed.
  • Support with documentation generation, including DBS and VISA applications.
  • Work collaboratively with the HR team to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with HR systems, preferably iTrent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to respond to HR enquiries with confidence.
  • Basic understanding of employment legislation and HR practices.
  • Proficient in MS Office software, including SharePoint and OneDrive.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

What We Offer:

  • Full-time working hours, Monday to Friday, 9-5.
  • Hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home up to 3 days per week.
  • Competitive hourly rate of £14.01ph PAYE, with holiday accrual.
