Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Reed. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and maintain reports, databases, and filing systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director, including scheduling meetings and conferences, booking venues and accommodations, and coordinating catering.
  • Review and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with procedures and policies.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support the HR department.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in database management and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
