About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Services Officer to join our team at Princes Limited. As a key member of our HR function, you will provide administrative support to our managers and colleagues across multiple departments and sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Administration: Provide effective HR administration services to managers and colleagues, including sending new starter packs, processing changes to employment contracts, and maintaining employee data on our HR system.
  • Employee Data Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain all employee data on our HR system, ensuring compliance with GDPR.
  • Correspondence and Reporting: Produce and distribute correspondence related to annual salary reviews, incentive payments, and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Support to HR Function: Actively support the HR function with projects and change initiatives, providing key data and MI reports as required.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, providing relevant process guides for cross-training purposes.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous HR administration experience, preferably in a Shared Services environment.
  • Skills: Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
